Responsibility
- Develop and cultivate client relationships to understand hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to successful placement.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to target high-quality talent pools.
- Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with GDPR and company standards.
- Deliver consultative market insights to clients and candidates.
- Represent Pinnacle Talent Solutions at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Proven track record of successful placements, preferably within professional services.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques.
- Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism.
- Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
