We're seeking a hands-on engineer who can translate complex resource data into actionable project plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibility

  • Lead technical design and feasibility studies for solar, wind, and storage projects from concept through detailed engineering.
  • Develop performance models and simulations to optimize energy yield and system reliability.
  • Perform site assessments, resource analysis, and interconnection studies with grid operators.
  • Coordinate with EPC partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive on-time project delivery.
  • Ensure design compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards.
  • Review and optimize BOMs, control strategies, and protection schemes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Support post-installation commissioning, performance testing, and operational improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Systems Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project design and execution (solar, wind, or storage).
  • Strong proficiency with PV modeling tools (PVSyst, Helioscope), energy storage optimization (HOMER, MATLAB, Python).
  • Experience with grid interconnection processes, permitting, and project permitting risk management.
  • Solid understanding of electrical design, SCADA, protection systems, and code compliance.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on schedule.
