Responsibility
- Lead feasibility studies, techno-economic analyses, and energy yield assessments for wind, solar, and storage projects.
- Perform system modeling and grid interconnection studies to ensure reliable integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed design packages and standards.
- Prepare technical specifications, vendor evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Support permitting, interconnection, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and performance metrics.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering; PE license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wind, solar, or energy storage engineering.
- Strong proficiency in energy modeling (HOMER, PVSyst, or equivalent) and Python/MATLAB.
- Experience with grid interconnection studies, SCADA, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for site visits and client meetings.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and permitting processes.
