GreenGrid Solutions is a leading developer and integrator of renewable energy projects. We are seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Project Engineer to drive end-to-end program execution in solar, wind, and energy storage deployments across the United States. You will partner with commercial teams, EPC contractors, utility stakeholders, and local/regulatory authorities to deliver scalable, safe, and financially sound energy solutions.

Responsibility
- Lead feasibility studies, site assessment, and technical design for solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
- Manage permitting, interconnection studies, and grid impact analyses in coordination with utilities and authorities.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and construction teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee technical due diligence, QA/QC, testing, and commissioning activities for successful handover to operations.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to optimize LCOE and overall project economics.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including HSE standards and permitting requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred); licensure a plus.
- 5+ years of renewable energy project engineering experience, with hands-on design and construction oversight.
- Proficiency with PV design tools (PVSyst, Helioscope) and wind resource assessment; experience with energy storage integration.
- Strong knowledge of grid interconnection procedures, compliance standards (IEEE, NEC, IEC), and permitting processes.
- Experience with CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit) and strong technical drawing/documentation skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; proven cross-functional leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work on-site at project locations as needed.
- Authorized to work in the United States (or equivalent work authorization).
