Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale renewable energy projects on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee site assessments, permitting, and risk management activities to ensure project compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize project execution.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders including clients, regulators, and community partners.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify new opportunities for project expansion and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in renewable energy (solar, wind, or similar sectors).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million dollar energy projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- PMP or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
