In this role you will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk management, permitting coordination, and stakeholder communication, ensuring on time delivery and safety excellence.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning for solar, wind, and energy storage developments from feasibility through commissioning.
- Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans; monitor variances and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate permitting, interconnection studies, environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations; maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain risk registers and contingency plans.
- Engage with stakeholders including utilities, developers, lenders, and community partners; provide clear status reporting.
- Drive supplier and contractor performance through strong contracts management and key performance indicators.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in renewable energy or related sectors.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Proven experience with permitting, interconnection queues, EPC contracts, and construction oversight.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and basic BIM/AutoCAD knowledge.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 to support sites across regions and manage remote teams.
