NovaRenew Systems is seeking a results-driven Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site projects across solar, wind, and energy storage portfolios in North America. In this role you will partner with developers, utilities, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through commissioning, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and performance guarantees.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of solar, wind, and energy storage projects from feasibility through commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and change control processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to meet milestones.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, permitting, interconnection approvals, and grid code alignment across project sites.
- Lead contractor and vendor management, including EPC/EPCM contracts, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
- Monitor health, safety, and quality programs; drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders, prepare executive-level reporting, and support business development efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field; MBA/ Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of renewable energy project management experience, with demonstrated success delivering solar, wind, or storage projects.
- Strong understanding of permitting, interconnection, land use, and grid interconnection processes.
- PMP or equivalent certification; proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6/MS Project) and risk management.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills; experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; fluency in English required.
- Willingness to travel 25%–30% domestically and internationally as needed.
