Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize experiments in molecular biology and genomics.
- Oversee high-throughput sequencing workflows and data processing.
- Analyze and interpret complex biological datasets using bioinformatics tools.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics, clinical, and product teams to define project goals.
- Mentor junior staff and interns; maintain laboratory safety and compliance.
- Prepare and contribute to manuscripts, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure reproducibility of results.
Qualification
- PhD in Biology, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or a related field; or a Master's with 5+ years relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRISPR, PCR, cell culture, and multiplex assays.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics pipelines.
- Strong critical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; track record of cross-functional work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
