Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of advanced quantum experiments in photonics and quantum information
- Develop and optimize measurement techniques and data analysis pipelines
- Mentor graduate students and postdoctoral researchers
- Collaborate with theory and engineering teams to translate concepts into experiments
- Publish findings in high impact journals and present at international conferences
- Oversee grant-related activities and contribute to proposal writing
- Maintain lab safety, quality standards, and equipment calibration
Qualification
- PhD in physics or a closely related field with strong research track record
- 5+ years of hands-on experimental research in quantum physics or quantum optics
- Proficiency with laser systems, detectors, cryogenics, or superconducting devices
- Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB; experience with data analysis and modeling
- Experience mentoring students and collaborating across disciplines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to publish clearly
- Ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot complex experiments independently
