Lumistar Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior SaaS Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team in Austin, TX. You will own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts, partnering with clients to understand strategic needs and craft high-impact solutions.
In this role, you’ll leverage your market insights and consultative selling approach to drive ARR growth, expand existing relationships, and position Lumistar as a trusted technology partner.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic multi-stage sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets for our SaaS platform.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing with enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce; qualify, forecast, and report on opportunities regularly.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor solutions and ensure seamless handoffs post-close.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive-level proposals; handle objections and negotiate terms.
- Drive account expansion and upsell/renewal opportunities through value-based selling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor landscape and market trends to refine strategy.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS or tech software sales, with a proven quota attainment track record.
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers; strong ability to map buying processes and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable giving executive-level demos.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tooling; strong forecasting ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong network in the enterprise technology space is a plus.
