Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for assigned accounts.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Develop strategic account plans and build executive-level relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to craft tailored solutions and compelling proposals.
- Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and close deals while ensuring customer success.
- Accurately forecast pipeline, maintain CRM data quality, and meet or exceed quota.
- Provide insightful feedback to product and marketing to improve messaging and offerings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing large deals.
- Expertise in consultative selling, discovery, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
