Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close, delivering value-led solutions to strategic accounts.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Lead compelling presentations and product demos to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to craft tailored solutions and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value for both clients and NovaSales Group.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics.
- Ability to qualify prospects, develop strategic accounts, and close complex deals.
- Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 20-30%).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment with a customer-centric approach.
