Responsibility
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the buyer journey.
- Negotiate terms, respond to RFPs, and finalize contracts with customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast accurately, and report on key metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, both virtual and in-person.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or tech sales with a proven quota attainment track record.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed and engage in remote/on-site opportunities.
