We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead new business discovery, manage strategic accounts, and accelerate revenue growth in the New York market.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to craft compelling value propositions, execute multi-quarter sales cycles, and close high-impact deals. If you are a motivated, data-driven closer with a passion for building long-term customer partnerships, we want you on our team.

Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the enterprise software space and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close, including needs assessment, solution mapping, and ROI articulation.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to C-level and VP-level buyers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to run targeted campaigns and with Product to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce) and provide weekly revenue projections.
  • Nurture and expand strategic accounts, upsell cross-sell opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, high-value solutions to senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM (Salesforce) proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
