Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle for a defined enterprise territory, from lead qualification to contract signature.
  • Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, and deliver tailored demonstrations to executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop value propositions and ROI analyses.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize value for both clients and NovaTech.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities.
  • Report on progress, share market feedback, and contribute to strategy to accelerate growth.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling, ROI justification, and executive-level communications.
  • Strong discovery, needs assessment, and solution-selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics for pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a professional executive presence.
  • Ability to travel as needed and collaborate across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, CS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
