NovaTech Solutions is seeking a high-impact Senior Sales Executive to join our high-growth enterprise sales team in New York City. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-year contracts with enterprise and strategic mid-market clients. In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver compelling business value, craft ROI-driven business cases, and drive long-term client relationships. Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle for a defined enterprise territory, from lead qualification to contract signature.
- Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, and deliver tailored demonstrations to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop value propositions and ROI analyses.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize value for both clients and NovaTech.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities.
- Report on progress, share market feedback, and contribute to strategy to accelerate growth.
Qualification
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling, ROI justification, and executive-level communications.
- Strong discovery, needs assessment, and solution-selling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics for pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a professional executive presence.
- Ability to travel as needed and collaborate across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, CS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
