NovaTech Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our NYC team. In this role you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, and closing strategic deals. You will collaborate with product and marketing to articulate value and optimize the sales process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers a clear path to leadership and generous earning potential with uncapped commissions.
Location: New York, NY with hybrid options.
Responsibility
- Source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close, including negotiation and contract review
- Develop a robust pipeline and forecast accurately against quotas
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI analyses
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and messaging
- Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data and activity in Salesforce
- Mentor junior sales team members as needed
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling
- Ability to travel up to 25% (post-pandemic norms)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and resilience
