Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from prospecting to contract execution and onboarding coordination.
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects using outbound and inbound strategies.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-focused presentations to C-suite and senior leaders.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular status updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor solutions, proposals, and pricing.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts that maximize value for both NexGen Cloud and clients.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitors and market trends to inform strategy and messaging.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas while upholding our customer-first, integrity-driven culture.
Qualification
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong discovery, needs-analysis, and negotiation skills in a consultative selling environment.
- Experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, and VP-level buyers in mid-market accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree/ Certifications a plus.
