What you will achieve
- Own a defined sales territory and build a robust pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Develop and execute targeted account plans for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to run multi-channel campaigns and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis, present tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to win strategic deals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline integrity in the CRM.
- Partner with solutions engineers to deliver compelling demos and ROI analyses.
Responsibility

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and ROI analyses with C-level and VP-level buyers.
- Deliver compelling product demos and tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to close deals and ensure post-sale adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate terms, service agreements, and pricing to maximize value for clients and the company.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of B2B software or technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS or tech sales.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
