Responsibility
- Own the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on net new business.
- Identify and qualify high potential accounts in the San Francisco enterprise segment.
- Develop and execute multi channel outreach campaigns including email, calls, social, and events.
- Collaborate with product and solutions engineering to craft tailored demonstrations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in Salesforce, with weekly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with a focus on value based selling and long term relationships.
- Drive customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of our platform.
- Contribute to the sales playbook with insights from field experience to improve win rates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software experience with a track record of quota attainment.
- Proven prospecting and pipeline management skills; strong closing ability.
- Experience with CRM software (eg. Salesforce) and sales engagement tools; data driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
- Self motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
