Responsibility
- Lead and supervise security staff for corporate properties, venues, and special events, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
- Develop and implement access control procedures, screening protocols, and incident response plans aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and post-incident reviews with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency responders during incidents, drills, and investigations.
- Monitor and optimize surveillance systems, patrol activity, and environmental sensors to detect anomalies.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship on situational awareness, de-escalation, and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain logs, and support investigations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations across all sites.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of security operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or related security certification preferred; valid New York security license is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, access control, CCTV surveillance, and incident response.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to de-escalate and manage challenging situations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling.
- Proven report writing, data-driven decision making, and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to stand and patrol for extended periods; valid driver license and clean driving record may be required.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
