Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise security staff for corporate properties, venues, and special events, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement access control procedures, screening protocols, and incident response plans aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and post-incident reviews with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency responders during incidents, drills, and investigations.
  • Monitor and optimize surveillance systems, patrol activity, and environmental sensors to detect anomalies.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship on situational awareness, de-escalation, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain logs, and support investigations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations across all sites.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of security operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or related security certification preferred; valid New York security license is a plus.
