Responsibility
- Lead and supervise security teams across multiple Singapore sites, ensuring optimal coverage and staffing levels across shifts.
- Conduct proactive patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and crowd management to deter security incidents and ensure safety.
- Coordinate incident response, liaise with clients and emergency services, and prepare clear, timely incident reports.
- Develop and implement site-specific security procedures, risk assessments, and escalation protocols in alignment with company standards.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to junior officers, conduct briefings, drills, and ongoing training.
- Manage security equipment, inventory, and asset protection, ensuring readiness and maintenance of devices and systems.
- Collaborate with site management and clients to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a disciplined security posture.
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of security operations experience with demonstrable leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop security teams across diverse sites and shifts.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; proficient report writing and documentation.
- Solid knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management, and risk assessment.
- Relevant security certifications or licenses in Singapore (e.g., Security Officer License) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight coverage as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional and customer-first mindset.
