Join Aegis Security Solutions as a Senior Security Services Consultant. You will design and implement comprehensive security programs for enterprise clients, focusing on physical security, operations excellence, and incident response. This is a strategic role that blends security expertise with client leadership and project management.
As a member of our security services team, you will collaborate with clients to assess risk, develop protective plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will lead security surveys, document findings, and guide the implementation of protective measures while maintaining a strong client relationship.
Responsibility
- Lead risk assessments and security program design for high profile clients across multiple industries.
- Develop and implement physical security plans including access control, CCTV, perimeters, and visitor management.
- Oversee incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post incident reporting.
- Manage client communications, project timelines, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology providers for integration and testing of security systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior security professionals and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, information security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security services, risk management, or physical security operations.
- Certifications: CISSP, CPP, PSP, or equivalent; PMP a plus.
- Proven experience in incident response, emergency management, and security program development.
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40 percent as client engagements require.
