We seek a results-driven Senior Security Services Manager to lead client engagements, coordinate physical security operations, and shape protective strategies in London.
In this role, you will partner with clients to assess risk, design security programs, and manage a multidisciplinary team of security professionals. You will thrive on elevated standards, client satisfaction, and measurable security outcomes while maintaining compliance with UK laws and industry best practices.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of security programs for client sites, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance management for security teams.
- Develop and implement risk assessments, threat monitoring, and contingency planning.
- Coordinate with facilities, IT, and executive leadership to align security objectives with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, equipment procurement, and lifecycle maintenance of security systems.
- Lead incident response, investigations, and post-incident reviews with clear corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., UK GDPR, data protection) and industry standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in security operations, risk management, or protective services; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in physical security, access control systems, CCTV, and alarm technologies.
- Strong understanding of UK security regulations, GDPR, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication, client-management, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to analyze risk, make data-driven decisions, and implement security programs.
- Security industry certifications (CPP, CISM, or relevant) are a plus.
