Join Aegis Security Solutions as a Senior Security Services Manager, leading comprehensive security programs for enterprise clients in New York. This role blends physical security leadership with strategic cybersecurity oversight to safeguard people, assets, and information.
You will partner with executive leadership, operations teams, and clients to design, implement, and continuously improve security services that align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
As a visible leader, you will foster a culture of safety, resilience, and professionalism across all security operations and projects.
Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of physical security programs including access control, patrols, visitor management, and emergency response.
- Lead cybersecurity security service initiatives such as threat assessments, vulnerability management, incident response planning, and security monitoring for clients.
- Manage client engagements, scope, budgets, resource allocation, and service level agreements with a focus on measurable risk reduction.
- Develop security architectures and standard operating procedures aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with law enforcement, vendors, and partners to ensure rapid response and resilience across security operations.
- Provide mentorship to security staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance, diverse team culture.
- Monitor KPIs, produce executive-level reporting, and present security posture and recommendations to clients and leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, IT Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of combined physical and cyber security experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry certifications such as CPP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent; active clearance is a plus.
- Proven track record managing multi-site security operations and client-facing programs.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements (up to 20%).
