Join ApexGuard Security Solutions, a premier provider of comprehensive security services for corporate campuses, data centers, and high-value assets. We are seeking a Senior Security Services Specialist to lead client risk assessments, develop protective programs, and coordinate incident response with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will combine hands-on security operations with strategic program management to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. You will collaborate with operations, facilities, and emergency response partners to maintain a secure environment while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate client security operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent protection and rapid response times.
- Develop and implement security programs, policies, and procedures tailored to client risk profiles.
- Oversee access control, surveillance, and perimeter security to prevent incidents and improve detection.
- Perform regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat modeling to identify gaps and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate incident response, investigations, and post-incident reporting with stakeholders and law enforcement when required.
- Provide training and drills to client staff on security awareness, evacuation, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, local codes).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
- 5+ years of security services experience, with demonstrated leadership in client-facing environments.
- Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI required or actively pursued.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, access control technologies, and surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills; ability to present to executives.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
