Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory using inbound and outbound strategies.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term customer success.
- Lead product demonstrations, tailored proposals, and compelling business cases for C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to build winning solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecast in CRM, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both customer and NimbusTech.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to build a robust pipeline and close complex deals.
- Experience selling to C-suite and technical buyers; ability to translate business value into ROI.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); comfortable with data-driven selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; collaborative team player.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
