Responsibility
- Lead engineering design and optimization of large-scale solar PV systems, ensuring project efficiency and compliance.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using industry-leading software.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from concept through commissioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners for seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for new and existing projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across all phases.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Support business development with technical input on proposals, bids, and client presentations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in solar PV project engineering and deployment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, and other solar design software.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC, UL, and related codes and standards.
- Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or willingness to obtain is an advantage.
- Passion for sustainability and delivering innovative clean energy solutions.
