GreenPulse Energy is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, seeking a Senior Solar Project Engineer to lead design, development, and delivery of commercial and utility-scale solar projects.

As a key member of our engineering group, you will drive technical excellence, ensure safe and compliant project execution, and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of solar PV systems, including layout, electrical design, and interconnection studies.
- Coordinate with permitting authorities and utilities to secure approvals and interconnection agreements.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates; manage design deliverables to meet milestones.
- Review vendor and subcontractor proposals; lead procurement and bid evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and local standards; drive safety and quality programs.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and operations to ensure successful commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and support through warranty and performance optimization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solar PV design, engineering, and/or project development.
- Proficient in PV design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and PV*SOL) and electrical power systems analysis.
- Experience with interconnection processes, permitting, and utility coordination for large-scale solar projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, IEC standards, and grid interconnection requirements.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed and to support remote project sites.
