As a key member of our leadership team, you will bridge operations, analytics, and commercial efforts to deliver outstanding fan experiences while ensuring operational excellence and fiscal responsibility. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for sport.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end game day and event operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and a premium fan experience.
- Develop and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals.
- Collaborate with coaching, facilities, and analytics teams to optimize training facilities, scheduling, and performance logistics.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for operations and partnerships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing activations, ticketing, and hospitality programs.
- Foster talent development and recruitment operations for field staff, scouts, and program partners.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and revenue.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional sports operations, partnerships, or event management.
- Proven track record in negotiating sponsorships and managing vendor contracts.
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and forecasting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and sports performance metrics.
- Demonstrated crisis management and safety compliance knowledge.
