In this role you will lead end-to-end sponsorship initiatives, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and activating assets across media, stadiums, and digital properties. Responsibility

  • Develop and manage strategic sponsorship partnerships with professional sports teams, leagues, and brands.
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, proposal development, and sponsorship packaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, and operations to activate sponsorship rights and assets.
  • Monitor and analyze sponsorship performance; prepare quarterly reports and insights for leadership.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, categories, and fan-engagement initiatives to expand portfolio.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Represent the organization at high-level meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sports sponsorship, partnerships, or marketing, preferably with a rights holder or agency.
  • Proven track record of securing sponsorship deals and delivering activation results.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with data tools (Excel, BI platforms); ability to translate data into insights.
  • Familiarity with rights holder activation across media, stadium, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sports environment.
