We are seeking a Senior Sports Partnerships Manager to lead strategic sponsorship programs across our portfolio of teams and events in the Los Angeles market. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from deal structure and negotiation to activation and measurement, delivering measurable ROI for partners and the organization.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship strategies aligned with business goals and team objectives.
- Lead negotiation, closing, and renewal of sponsorship agreements with brands and agencies.
- Oversee activation execution, including rights fulfillment, venue activations, digital campaigns, and experiential events.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to maximize ROI and sponsor satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, and operations to deliver integrated sponsor experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, league partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular performance reports and post-event recaps with actionable insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sports sponsorships, partnerships, or rights management.
- Proven track record negotiating multi-brand sponsorships valued at six figures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing analytics tools, and activation measurement.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours as required by events.
