Renesas is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to join our Analog and Mixed Signal Business Unit (AMS) in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product development process to ensure the successful launch of cutting-edge products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibility
- Lead the product development process from concept to production launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing
- Manage the product lifecycle and make recommendations for enhancements
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of analog and mixed signal design principles
- Experience with product development processes and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
