As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will lead demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement alignment, and network design initiatives. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, and sales to deliver sustainable value and measurable improvements.
You will actively shape our supply chain strategy, implement bestâinâclass processes, and leverage data analytics to drive decisionâmaking. Demonstrated ability to influence crossâfunctional teams and deliver results in a fastâpaced environment is essential.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy, including S&OP processes, network design, and service level optimization across global markets.
- Lead demand planning, forecast accuracy, and community-wide inventory optimization to balance cost and customer service.
- Oversee procurement activities, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation to ensure quality and cost competitiveness.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and IT to implement ERP/SAP/Oracle solutions and process improvements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, cost per unit) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing SCM team; recruit, train, and capabilityâbuild across regions.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive cost-to-serve optimization and scenario planning for capacity and demand fluctuations.
Qualification
- Bachelors in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing or distribution with leadership exposure.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, procurement, and supplier management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
- Proven track record delivering cost reductions, service improvements, and risk management in global networks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10â15%).
