Join ApexSupply Solutions, a global leader in end to end supply chain management, as our Senior Supply Chain Manager in Chicago. We optimize end to end planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory for a diverse portfolio of customers. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Sales to design resilient, data driven supply chains that deliver superior service at the lowest total cost.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end S&OP process and demand forecasting to balance supply and demand.
- Develop and execute procurement, production planning, and inventory optimization strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor performance through KPI dashboards.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on time, cost effective delivery.
- Analyze supply chain metrics, identify cost savings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain planners; build capability and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP and digital supply chain initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 3 years in people leadership.
- Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or equivalent) and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or PMP certification a plus.
