We are seeking a results-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. This leadership role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations across demand planning, inventory management, procurement collaboration, and logistics to optimize service levels and total cost. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end S&OP cycles, demand planning, and supply planning to balance inventory with service targets across regional hubs.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory turns, on-time delivery, and supplier performance; drive corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to optimize procurement strategies and material availability.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing ERP optimization, advanced analytics, and scenario planning in SAP/Oracle environments.
- Manage working capital and cost-to-serve optimization through inventory strategy and network design decisions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team; mentor cross-functional colleagues and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, establish resilience plans, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations and sustainability goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- 6+ years in supply chain roles with progression to leadership; experience in APAC markets a plus.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), demand planning tools, and analytics (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Demonstrated expertise in S&OP, inventory optimization, vendor management, and capacity planning.
- Proven track record of cost reduction, service-level improvement, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
- Global logistics exposure and understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements and sustainability practices.
