Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning across multiple facilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to develop and execute robust S&OP processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, stockouts, and total landed cost.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and third-party logistics partners, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Own KPI reporting (OTIF, service levels, cash-to-cash, inventory turns) and present insights to executives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on digital transformation, ERP optimization (SAP/Oracle), and data analytics.
  • Rigorously manage budget, risk, and compliance across global supply chain activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with leadership roles.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle) and advanced Excel; experience with SAP APO or SAP IBP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with S&OP processes, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proven project leadership capabilities.
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification is preferred.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
