Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to drive on-time delivery and cost reduction.
  • Manage S&OP cycles, develop KPI dashboards, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a people leadership or program management role.
  • Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and network design.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
  • Lean Six Sigma mindset with a track record of process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
