We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics strategies across a fast-paced portfolio of customers. This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and collaborates with Operations, IT, and Finance to drive measurable improvements in service levels and cost-to-serve.

Responsibility
- Lead demand forecasting, S&OP processes, and inventory optimization to meet service levels while reducing carrying costs.
- Own end-to-end supply chain planning including procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Strategize and monitor KPI performance (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, DSO).
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate contracts, SLAs, and cost-to-serve improvements.
- Implement and maintain ERP and analytics tools (SAP/S4HANA or Oracle, BI dashboards).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners and analysts; develop talent and succession plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Sales, and Finance to support growth initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive supply chain experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
