Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning including demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
- Develop and monitor KPIs; drive cost-to-serve improvements and service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
- Optimize supplier performance; negotiate terms; manage supplier risk and compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and cycle times.
- Implement supply chain analytics, build dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; manage supply chain risk mitigation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven track record in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and procurement coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; data-driven decision maker.
- Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% as needed.
