Join NovaPulse Global as a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Singapore. You will own end-to-end supply chain operations, from demand planning and procurement to warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement KPI-driven processes to optimize inventory turns, service levels, and total landed cost.
- Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to align on forecasts and capacity planning.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP/SAP optimization and data analytics to drive actionable insights.
- Manage warehousing and distribution network design, including optimization of transport lanes and carrier relationships.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making, with experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to lead change, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
