You will own the design and execution of demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics across multi-national networks, partnering with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and finance to deliver cost efficiency and service excellence.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization across multiple product lines and regions.
- Develop and execute strategic procurement and supplier relationship management programs to secure reliable, cost-efficient supply.
- Optimize logistics networks, transportation planning, and distribution strategy to improve service levels and reduce total landed cost.
- Implement robust inventory controls, safety stock models, and KPI tracking (OTIF, fill rate, days of inventory).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and manufacturing to support new product introductions and lifecycle management.
- Perform cost-to-serve analysis, drive procurement savings, and manage budgeting for the supply chain function.
- Lead risk management, supplier diversification, and contingency planning to mitigate disruptions.
- Coach and develop cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with leadership exposure.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM are highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; experience with advanced planning systems is a plus.
- Proven track record in cost optimization, inventory reduction, and service level improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support supplier and site visits.
