Join ApexLogix Solutions as a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Chicago, where you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing organization. You will own demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier partnerships, and logistics for multiple product lines across North America and Europe.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute demand planning, S&OP processes, and inventory management strategies to optimize service levels and working capital.
- Lead cross functional teams to design and implement end to end supply chain improvements across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and drive cost reductions while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Oversee network optimization, transportation planning, and logistics execution for regional and global operations.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, analytics and dashboards to drive data driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, cycle times, and operating costs across the supply chain.
- Partner with IT and ERP teams to optimize systems for demand planning, inventory control, and supplier collaboration.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management with emphasis on demand planning, inventory optimization and logistics.
- Bachelor degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and in advanced analytics including SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Proven track record of cost reductions, service level improvements, and working capital optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading multi site or global supply chain operations.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed up to 20% and adapt to a dynamic, fast paced environment.
