NovaLogix Supply Chain Solutions is a leading partner in global logistics and end-to-end supply chain optimization. We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to shape and drive our most strategic initiatives across procurement, planning, and logistics. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to design end-to-end supply chain strategies, implement best-in-class processes, and lead a team of analysts and professionals across functions. You will leverage data analytics, modern ERP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy covering procurement, production planning, inventory, and distribution.
- Develop and execute S&OP processes aligning demand, supply, and financial targets.
- Optimize inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and working capital while minimizing obsolescence.
- Oversee supplier selection, performance management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and Finance to implement improvements.
- Implement digital tools (ERP, MRP, analytics dashboards) to enable data-driven decision making.
- Establish and manage KPIs, deliver regular reports to leadership, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end supply chain experience; 2+ years in a people leadership or cross-functional role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP; experience with S&OP, MRP, and demand planning.
- Proven track record of reducing costs and improving service levels and inventory turns.
- Data-driven with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI or Tableau recommended.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead change in a matrixed organization.
