NorthBridge Global Logistics is seeking a results-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing, tech-enabled logistics provider. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to optimize inventory, transform procurement, and elevate service levels for a diverse client portfolio.
In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to design resilient supply chain networks, implement best-in-class processes, and leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will influence how we forecast demand, manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and orchestrate warehousing and transportation to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing total landed cost.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to meet service levels and cost targets.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with suppliers, including contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Manage warehousing, distribution, and transportation networks to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, KPIs, and ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align demand and supply plans and resolve shortages or delays.
- Lead cross-functional teams during new product introductions and supply chain risk management initiatives.
- Implement inventory control policies and service level agreements to reduce working capital and improve cash flow.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) required.
- Strong analytics and IT proficiency, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Proven track record of reducing total landed cost and improving service levels in a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications are a plus.
