Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity alignment to meet customer service targets.
  • Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, integrating inputs from sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Manage procurement and supplier relationship strategies to secure reliable inputs at optimal total cost.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient fulfillment.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and drive efficiency.
  • Lead demand and supply risk management, including scenario planning and contingency strategies for disruptions.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, establish KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance to deploy ERP/MRP enhancements, analytics, and cost-to-serve analyses to guide strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or logistics management.
  • Proven track record leading S&OP processes and cross-functional teams in a complex distribution network.
  • Expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong supplier relationship management, negotiation, and cost-to-serve optimization skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills; capable of influencing at all organizational levels and driving change.
  • Domestic travel up to 20% may be required; bilingual abilities a plus.
