Job description
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at ApexLink Logistics, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, production, and distribution. You will drive cost-to-serve improvements, champion data-driven decision making, and partner with leadership to shape our global supply chain strategy.
Key focus areas include inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, and logistics excellence to ensure on-time delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across procurement, demand planning, production, and logistics to meet service level targets.
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
- Negotiate and manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure quality and reliability.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rate; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics, IT) to design scalable supply chain solutions and drive cost-to-serve reductions.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives by optimizing ERP, WMS, and TMS systems; ensure data integrity and actionable reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CSCP/CPM) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Lean Six Sigma mindset and track record of delivering measurable improvements in service and cost.
