As a critical member of our operations leadership team, you will drive demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and transport logistics to achieve service level targets while reducing total landed costs. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with practical leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in complex environments.

What You'll Do:

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution across procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics partners, and 3PLs to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement KPI dashboards, cost-to-serve models, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Manage ERP/Supply Chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and drive system enhancements to improve data visibility.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and steward vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and transportation/logistics management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma training.
