Responsibility

- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization across multiple product lines. \n
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to improve service levels and reduce total cost of ownership. \n
- Develop and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement programs, and implement S&OP processes across the organization. \n
- Manage supplier relationships, risk assessment, and contingency planning to mitigate supply disruptions. \n
- Lead cross-functional projects, digital transformation initiatives, and data analytics for network optimization. \n
- Optimize network design, transportation modes, and warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and agility. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety policies. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. \n
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing or distribution environments. \n
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP/SCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder). \n
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage complex projects. \n
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. \n
- Deep knowledge of S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning, and KPI dashboards. \n
- Project management experience; certifications such as PMP or APICS are a plus. \n
