Join our fast-growing supply chain team as a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Chicago. You will own end-to-end planning, procurement, and distribution strategies that elevate service levels, reduce total cost of ownership, and enable scalable growth across North America and global partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy covering demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead S&OP processes with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with production and capacity constraints.
- Optimize inventory turns, safety stock, and service levels while minimizing total cost of ownership.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies; implement standard operating procedures and KPI dashboards.
- Lead supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation across regional suppliers.
- Oversee logistics design and optimization for multiple channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer.
- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize ERP, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of planners and supply chain analysts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with global or multi-site exposure.
- Strong proficiency in S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and procurement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and change management capabilities.
- US-based, eligible to work in the United States; willing to travel as needed.
