Responsibility

  • Lead demand planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization to balance service levels with cost efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to ensure on-time material availability and robust risk management.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Own the S&OP process, forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and scenario analysis to support business growth.
  • Optimize transportation and logistics strategy, including carrier selection, freight spend, and network design.
  • Lead ERP/PLM/APS system enhancements and data analytics to enable proactive decision-making.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience with a track record of leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel, data visualization, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning systems; CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
